Laze Pool stands behind the products we sell. Warranty coverage varies by product. Products marked with a 2-year limited warranty on their product page are covered for two years from the date of delivery.
What is covered
For an eligible product, the warranty covers manufacturing defects that occur during normal use within the warranty period. If we confirm a covered defect, we will provide a replacement product at no product cost.
What is not covered
The warranty does not cover damage caused by incorrect installation, excessive force during installation, incorrect wiring, connection to the wrong voltage, misuse, accidental damage, or unauthorized modification.
For example, damage caused by connecting an AC 12V light to an AC 120V power supply is not a manufacturing defect. Ordering a model, configuration, or cord length that does not fit your application is also not a warranty issue.
Claims within the first 30 days
If a product arrives damaged, is defective, or is the wrong item due to our error, contact us within 30 days of delivery. Confirmed cases are handled under our Return & Refund Policy. We will cover the cost of an approved replacement or refund and any return shipping we require.
Claims after 30 days
If a manufacturing defect appears after the first 30 days but within the warranty period stated on the product page, contact us for an assessment. An approved replacement product is provided at no product cost. Shipping costs associated with warranty service after the first 30 days are not included. If a return or replacement shipment is needed, we will explain the shipping arrangement and cost before proceeding.
How to request warranty service
Email support@lazepool.com with your order number, product model, a description of the issue, and clear photos or video. Please also tell us how the product was installed and what voltage supply it is connected to. We may request additional information to determine the cause of the problem.
Do not send a product back without contacting us first. If a return is necessary, we will provide instructions and the appropriate return address.
This warranty does not limit any rights you may have under applicable law.
