Select the voltage that matches your existing system. The 12V and 120V versions are not interchangeable. The bulb requires a compatible, properly sealed pool-light housing and cannot be submerged on its own.

This bulb uses its own color programs. It does not support Pentair®, Jandy® or Hayward® color-control programs or synchronization with their original color-changing lights.

• Fixture fit: Confirm the fixture model, E26 socket and available space for the bulb.
• Correct voltage: Choose AC 12V or AC 120V to match your existing supply. These are separate versions.
• A fresh seal: Replace the lens gasket with the correct gasket for your fixture when changing the bulb.

The bulb must remain inside a properly sealed housing, protected from pool water. Have the replacement completed according to your fixture’s instructions by a qualified pool professional or electrician.

This E26 screw-in bulb fits compatible Pentair Amerlite and Hayward AstroLite pool-light housings. Check your fixture model, available internal space and supply voltage before ordering. If your compatible housing, socket, lens and cable are in good condition, you can replace the bulb and keep the existing fixture. This lets you upgrade an older incandescent light to color-changing LED lighting without purchasing a complete new fixture. A damaged or leaking housing must be repaired or replaced first.

Choose the version that matches the power supplied to your existing light. AC 12V and AC 120V are two separate versions—not one universal-voltage bulb. Do not rely on the socket shape to identify voltage. If you are unsure, have a qualified electrician check it before ordering. Never connect the AC 12V version to a 120V supply.

Use the included handheld remote to select colors and lighting modes. You can also cycle through colors using your existing on/off light switch. The product video shows the remote operating the bulb so you can preview the color changes before buying.

This bulb uses its own color programs and does not support Pentair, Jandy or Hayward automation color modes. Fitting a Pentair or Hayward housing does not mean it uses that brand’s control programs. Use the included remote or on/off switch control to change colors.

It is not designed to synchronize with original Pentair, Jandy or Hayward color-changing lights. If you are buying several bulbs and need matching colors or synchronized lighting effects, contact us before ordering so we can confirm the setup for your installation.

Remote reception depends on installation depth, the fixture housing, distance and surrounding conditions. Water and metal housings can reduce the signal, so performance may differ from the demonstration outside the pool. You can also change colors using the on/off switch.

No. This is a replacement bulb, not a complete waterproof light fixture. It must be installed inside a compatible, properly sealed pool-light housing. The housing, lens and gasket keep water away from the bulb.

We recommend fitting a new gasket specified for your existing fixture whenever it is opened for a bulb replacement. An old or damaged gasket may not reseal properly. The gasket must match the fixture—not just the replacement bulb.

This LED bulb is rated at 40W, so it uses less electricity than a traditional higher-wattage incandescent bulb. Actual savings depend on the wattage of your old bulb and how many hours you run the light. The appearance and brightness of individual colors will vary.

The package includes the LED pool-light bulb in your selected voltage and a handheld remote. The remote requires one A23 12V battery, which is not included. The pool-light housing, lens gasket and transformer are not included.
