Shipping Destinations

Customers with eligible physical addresses in the contiguous 48 United States may place orders through our online store.

Customers in Canada or other countries should email support@lazepool.com before ordering. Please include your destination country, postal code, product model, quantity, and required cord length. We will confirm product availability, the shipping method, estimated delivery time, and total price before you make payment.

For U.S. orders, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO or other military addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, or other U.S. territories. Some remote addresses within the contiguous United States may also be outside our carriers’ service areas. Under our current carrier arrangement, ZIP code 07836 is not serviceable.

If we cannot deliver to the address provided, we will contact you before fulfilling the order.

Shipping Origins and Delivery Estimates

U.S. warehouse: When in stock, the 12W RGB AC12V versions of the CP-FC-PC55 with 50 ft or 100 ft cords ship from our U.S. warehouse. Delivery to eligible U.S. addresses is typically 2–7 business days after shipment, depending on the destination.

China: Other products and configurations normally ship from China. Delivery to eligible addresses in the contiguous 48 United States is typically 10–14 days after shipment. For Canadian orders that we have confirmed in advance, delivery is typically 12–18 days after shipment.

These are estimated transit times, not guaranteed delivery dates. Order processing, custom configurations, holidays, weather, carrier delays, and customs procedures may affect delivery. If a selected U.S.-stocked option becomes unavailable, we will contact you about the available shipping options before fulfillment.

Shipping Charges, Duties, and Customs

Standard shipping to eligible addresses in the contiguous 48 United States is included in the order price unless a different charge is clearly shown at checkout or confirmed with you before payment.

Orders shipped from China to eligible addresses in the contiguous 48 United States or Canada use Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) service. The price quoted to you includes shipping, import customs clearance, applicable import duties, and import taxes. You should not need to arrange import clearance or pay these import charges separately. If a carrier requests an unexpected import payment, please contact us before paying it.

For destinations outside the contiguous 48 United States and Canada, we will confirm the shipping cost, customs arrangements, and responsibility for any import duties or taxes with you before payment. DDP service is not guaranteed for these destinations.

Order Tracking

We will provide a tracking number when it becomes available. For orders shipped from China, tracking updates may take time to appear while the parcel moves between carriers or enters the destination country.

Delivery Problems

If your parcel arrives damaged, appears lost, or shows a delivery problem in the tracking information, please email support@lazepool.com with your order number, tracking number, and photos if applicable. We will help investigate with the carrier.
